Many instructors work mainly with the horse. Eleanor specifically identifies a riders position and how it aides or impairs the horse.  The technique allows a rider to ask their horse in a way a horse wants to be asked with successful results.  The free 3-hour lecture will address a rider’s core, pelvic position, crush mechanism, and tools to better aid the rider.  This knowledge will produce instant changes in your horse’s behavior, carriage, and performance.

·        Whether  you compete or pleasure ride

·        Understanding the belly crush mechanism

·        Horizontal and vertical planes

·        Rhythm and how a rider makes it

·        The blockage of the riders seat

·        Crookedness of riders from over developed muscles
(IE: right handedness)

·        Keys from our core and pelvis to unlock performance difficulties

All will enhance your ride.
